Bags with chain handles, a la the infamous Chanel gilt quilts, were HUGE this season! I really like the trend -- the chain handle adds both a tough little 'oomph', as well as a ladylike touch, to an otherwise simple bag.
I particularly like this Stuart Weitzman take on the style. This version, from Bloomingdale's, looks sort of like a man's briefcase, only in purse form. The daffodil yellow of the bag is also a great pick-me-up for an outfit suffering from a case of the "blah"s.
